Scenes from Prez Mike's Debunking

Don't Fence Me In...Open Space, Please!

Past President Mike Moore Past President Mike Moore (The President that won’t let go) stood in for King Louie this week. He started the meeting early so please excuse your esteemed bulletin writer for missing anything in the beginning of the meeting as she was still getting her food!

The Pledge

The Pledge was led by Past President Brian Herndon.

The Rotary Moment

The Rotary Moment was to be done by Bill Dodson but instead he deferred rather quickly to our honorary member, Rev. Jim Coffee. Reverend Jim told us that we had caught a Baptist preacher speechless. PP Mike asked the reverend if he was Northern or Southern Baptist and he responded Southern. Mike said is was most unusual to catch a Southern Baptist minister speechless and Reverend Jim proved him right and went on to give us a very moving blessing for the moment.
