Proposed Bylaws Amendments Discussion
and Vote
The meeting of the Rotary Club of Santa Rosa West was called to order by President
Richard Standard at 12:15 PM. The opening formalities were held.
Announcements
Multi-Cultural Child Development Center
Paul Ahern made an announcement pertaining to the need for a work team to help install
a sun shade over a patio at the Multi-Cultural Child Development Center. Further
information on this may be obtained from Anne Abrams.
Assembly
The remainder of the meeting was an open meeting of the Club in which the proposed new
by-laws were discussed and voted upon. (Full text
of the proposed amendments) Below is the outcome of the voting.
