FOUNDATION, FUN AND FELLOWSHIP
President's Theme for 2011-12

I have chosen FOUNDATION, FUN AND FELLOWSHIP as my theme for my Rotary year. Foundation has many meanings for me, but in Rotary Foundation is the real heart of Rotary and I am anxious to learn more this year about all the lives we change in the World through the Rotary Foundation, which includes Polio Plus, where we have helped get 99% of the World Polio free and are working to stamp out the last 1%. I also want all the members in the club to have a real knowledge about the Rotary Foundation.

Foundation also means to make sure that the Rotary Club of Santa Rosa West continues to have a strong foundation of seasoned leadership as well as bright new faces. Fun and Fellowship will be used to bond us together so that we will have opportunity to develop lifelong friends through our relationships together as well as making the club attractive to new members of all ages!

Santa Rosa West is the “go to” service club of Santa Rosa, getting things done while having fun.

I Love this year's Rotary International theme "Reach Within to Embrace Humanity." It looks like a great big heart open enough to give you a hug.
